All foreign orders to be paid in US dollars
drawn on an American bank. VISA and MASTERCARD are
acceptable and may be called in, sent by email or regular mail. Bank
transfers can be arranged. All goods come with a 100%
unconditional return guarantee for any reason for 30 days.
Items owned by the Collectors Exchange can be
sent on approval to established accounts. The collector is free to accept
any or all of the items sent on approval. Items returned within 30 days
will be credited to the buyers account and can be used as credit for
purchasing other items, or refunded in full.
